This happened to me.... ends up that the lever that senses the level was disconnected or broken and therefore stuck in a position whereby the sensor thinks the back end is too low. I wired the lever back into the appropriate position on the axel and I was able to keep using the vehicle until I got the replacement load leveler lever.

Im looking for an owners manual for my RV Leveling jacks. I have 1991 American Eagle Diesel Pusher all I know is there are 4 hydraulic fluid leveling jacks

Like any number of items on motorhomes the builder will use what's available at the time; there is no one make of leveling jacks that they used on that coach. However you should be about to contact a Fleetwood dealer and see is they might have a lead for them. American Eagle are the high end coaches by Fleetwood. What is it you're trying to do with your jacks? The jacks themselves are pretty basic; they're like a number of other hydraulic cylinders in the principals of how they operate. There are times that if you look for generic hydraulic parts they are cheaper, or better quality (or lower depending on the original build).

Jetta automatic stuck in park

this is going to sound weird but, jack the car at its lowest point until the car is level left to right (front to back doesnt matter so much) ie if your parked on a slope and your drivers door is lower, jack it up on that side. Then just give the gear selector a light wiggle as you try to start and move it (remember you're jacked up so dont try and floor the gas) they have a sticky pin, VW are renouned for it

I just installed 2 new Monroe air shocks on the rear of my 2003 Buick Lesabre the air compressor on the self leveling system is not coming on I check the fuse and relay both are good. Can someone tell me...

i had this problem with BMX X5. the rear end was down and the fuse was ok. I jacked her up at the back so that both sides are equally up, started and let idle while it was still on the jack. i switched it off and let it down and the rear end went up. I think I accidentally reset the air suspension system.

How to get passenger door open on 2006 chevy cobalt with seat belt stuck in door?

This is going to sound a little odd, but properly jack the car and then try opening this door. Put the jack in the recommended jacking spot on the passenger side.

Imagine that the back and front ends of the car are compressing the center of the car. By lifting one end or the other, the center may shift. Otherwise you do not have a frame, but the engine cradle may have a support located closer to the center of the vehicle. Do not jack the sheet metal, but you may catch the cradle and apply lift there.

You may notice by putting in a piece of cardboard in the doorjam on whether there is an increasing gap as you jack the car.

If you have a "load leveling " system, the actuator arm is either disconnected or the actuator itself is malfunctioning.

Stuck in high position

On this model vehicle the rear shockers should have air bags to keep car at normal ride height, when load changes.
The air bag can sometimes become caught between inner and outer tubes of shocker when car is raised and lowered quickly.
You will need to jack car up from tow hitch or frame to lower rear axle, this will unfold air bag, slowly lower car, with ignition on, this will make sure air compressor is filling air bags as they take the load.
Hope this is helpful, MMP
