Question about 2002 Kia Rio
Its there incase somthing draws too many amps that could possibly damage batery or burn wire harness (like a short to ground between battery and fuse box or ignition switch) check it by seeing if there is battery voltage on both sides or remove it and do a continuity test with a multi meter from one side to the other. If you have power when you turn the key on i doubt this is your problem
