Yes there are fuses but there will be other instruments running off the same fuse! If everthing else seems to be fine than i would go directly to the blower located on the fire wall and change it!

Why do my heat only blow on low in my 93 bonneville sse

this is usually due to the switch wearing out, replace switch or remove switch and put jumper wire straight from 12 volt supply to the high terminal, if you prefer to have high, switch is typically 12 dollars and easy to replace.

Fuse box

CHeck the owners manual index or the back side of the fuse box cover place they are usually in both locations. If neither are available you can order a owners manual on line or with the local dealer. The parts store should have a repair manual for your car also with this information

1993 Pontiac SSE A/C compressor not turning on.

The a/c compressor will only turn on if it is full of refidgerant and presure levels aren't too high on the back side of the compressor. Check these first. Only use the appropriate type ie, r-12 or r-134 unless it has been flushed and retofitted.
