Question about 2002 Dodge Durango

1 Answer

Hi. My son has a 2002 dodge durango slt. the drivers wondow wouldnt go down, then he played with it and it went "clunk" - down about 2/3 of the way (and off the track), but it wont go back up. he took the door panel off and saw a small plastic piece of the regulator had snapped off. Can he just replace this part or does he have to replace the entire regulator ... and how difficult is it for him to do it by himself instead of bringing it to a mechanic?

Yes. Just make sure that if the SXT did not have a 4.7L in it originally, you use the PCM from the SLT when you install the 4.7L in the SXT.

Location of oxygen sensor for 2000 dodge durango 4.0 4wd xlt?

There are 2. One is located above the catalytic converter most likely near the exhaust manifold where it attaches to the head. the second and most common one I have found to go bad is the down flow sensor located after the catalytic converter before the muffler on the underside.
