You will need to go to web sites for replacement hub caps and enter the year, make and model car and from there you will see listings of hub caps that fit your car and the types of caps with center caps and from there you can see is they make them for your car. google replacement hub caps
I think all cars these days have both an under-hood fuse center, and a fuse panel inside, either under the dash, or behind a cover, sometimes in the glove box. Check your owner's manual, if you still have it. It will tell fuse locations.
most hubcaps are springclip loaded! some are mounted inside the center cap! some are held on by the lug nuts! pull the center cap first, and look for a screw that holds it on! if not, then remove the lug nuts!
Stop by a local Autozone or any good auto parts store and have them do an OBII scan for you. Most will do it for free. They read the fault codes and let you know what triggered light. Have them reset the light for you also.
There are three basic kind:
1 has a center cap that hides the lug nuts beneath the cap. These usually have a small slot in them to allow a flat head screwdriver to be inserted in them and pop the cover off which is retained be tension created by metal prongs.
2 There is also a type that has plastic decorative lugs that screw over the actual metal lug nuts. In this case just unscrew all visible lugs and the cover will come off exposing the actual rim and metal lug nuts.
3 This is the oldest style that has now lug nuts present and is held on by tension like example one except that the prongs holding this one on is along the outer perimeter of the cap. To remove this type you insert a flat head screw driver between the hubcap and the actual steel rim and pry off working around the perimeter of the cap as you go. Replacement of this hub cap requires force to be applied at the perimeter as application to the center will either not complete the process or more than not result in a broken hubcap.
