Question about 1994 Volkswagen Jetta
My emisssions failed for the HCppm. it was high. can anyone tell mem what could be the problem????
This means that the engine is not burning all the fuel, so it would be best and most economical to take the car to your local decent mecanic and ask for a tune up to lower the emmisions. If you have the result sheet take this with you.
