Hi, Fuse #7. See diagram of power distribution. It could be your multi-function switch or ele. flasher. MFS failures are more common.

Both blinkers don't work but flashers do

There should be a flasher unit on the fuse box under the dash for the turn signals and another behind the dimmer switch for the hazards.
Sometimes one of the flashers is behind the fuse box in the glove compartment if equipped.
Don't be surprised if the flasher is not the problem. Most of the time the problem is the multi-function switch on the column.
There are stories online about using WD40 to take care of the switch problem.

I have a 1990 Ford Taurus and my blinkers don't

blinkers sounds like the flasher unit is not working. It's located under dash. Also check for burnt out bulbs.
Rear defrost, or rear defogger?: Your defogger for the rear window would run off a relay, probably located in the fuse panel of your car. Often, the connections at the rear window get broke or disconnected.
Front defrost: does your heater blower work?

What fuse operates the blinkers on a 1997 F150 ford truck

Cab Fuse panel Fuse # 23 is for the turn signals ( hot in run position )
Cab Fuse panel Fuse # 1 is for the hazards ( hot at all times )

If you did not get an owners manual with your truck ( purchased used ), you can download one from Ford :

Check all the lights, I know on my 85 the circet is open if more then two bulbs are burnt out. As soon as I changed the two bad bulbs the rest kicked in. Didn't make much since but it worked for me.

Blinkers stopped working

Your F--150 has 2 flashers, emergency and turn signal. Both are mounted on the fuse block under the dash. The turn signal flasher is mounted on the front of the fuse panel, the emergency flasher is mounted on the rear of the fuse panel. so replace the turn signal flasher should solve the problem. Let me know how it goes.
