Have problem starting in the morning

Makes clicking noise when trying to start but once it starts it's o.k. when leaving work at end of the day it does the same thing. Could it be the starter?

From your diescrption it could either be the starter or a bad connection to the battery. Have the battery tested first and check the connections for corrosion. If that all tests ok, then have the starter checked out.

Clicking noise would indicate starter solenoid faulty! This would also be the case if battery low but since you have a new battery you can look at the starter solenoid!

Check the battery first, if it is ok you probably have a bad starter. If the battery is drained, you need to charge and test the battery and alternator.

You said you tightened the battery cables, did you check the other end of the negative where it bolts to the engine. When you tightened the cables you also used a battery brush and cleaned the posts and ends?

Have your rear brakes checked. It might be a brake wear indicator. Or your rear brakes are stuck on the brake drum.
