if there are leaf springs in the rear of both vehicles and the centre bolts of the springs are the same distance apart then it will fit unless the wheels on one are closer to the body than the other. (track) A tape measure will prove this.. The drive pinion and tail shaft u-joint set up should be the same. Check that the diff ratios are the same or you will have transmission problems ( this is the most important point). Difference between front and rear diffs.

My rear end is almost on the tiresi was told it needs leaf springs but where do i get them

I would bet your car does not have leaf springs. It would have coil springs which are probably broken.
Any auto wrecker can give you a set cheap. Buy new rear struts to install with the springs. Be carefull , you need to have spring compressor tools to compress the spring before unbolting the strut. They are under lots of pressure and you could hurt yourself.

MY 1993 CHEVY LUMINA IS SITTING TO LOW IN THE REAR TIRES, DOES ANYBODY KNOW ABOUT SOME STRONG SHOCKS TO INSTALL IN THE REAR??

You can get a decent pair of gas charged shocks or monroe load leveler shocks (if they are available for your car) However, it's likely that the rear springs have sagged. You can easily replace them with either oem or a stronger variable rate spring.
