Under your thermostat housing but on the transmission. Two 10mm bolts hold it on and there is a plug on it. If you don't know where the therm housing is, follow the lower radiator hose from the the bottom of your radiator to where it goes into the engine.
Hi there ... I'm not sure if you've pulled the old thermostat out yet. If you haven't pulled it out look at the way it's in. Normally the but end is towards the engine. (**** end is the end with the spring in it)
follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator to the engine you will find a housing on the engine where the upper radiator hose leads you too, there is two bolt remove it, you will loose coolant look at the way you remove it from the housing that's the same way you will reinstall it.
