I have the opposite problem. The horn on my 91 Civic will not stop. I checked the fusebox under the dash and there is no horn fuse there (my diagram is still there). I checked with a mechanic friend, and there is a fuse / relay box on the passenger side under the hood right over the strut tower mount. I have no diagram in mine, but supposedly the horn fuse is in there. I am going to try and find a diagram or information on it, so if anyone has information for that box, it would be greatly apprecieated/

I assume you don't have the owners manual. If not, google 1991 honda civic fusebox diagram. you may find your answer there.

Just check all the fuses and the one that's burned out will be the horn . You can tell real easy which one is burnt.
Sorry no one else has been here to help. They all want to get the ones that pay.
God Bless you Greg

Horn makes a clicking noise when i push the horn switch, but does not make a honk noise, what can be the problem?

The horn relay is faulty or the horn is dead.Try tapping on the horn while someone is holding in the horn button,if that make the horn work the it's the horn,if not, change the relay.

1991 honda accord tails and dash lights went out cant get them to come back on

Start with your fuses: Fuses are in two areas. In the interior fuse box (left kick panel, below the dash--fuse chart on the cover) and in the engine compartment fuse box (far upper left as you face the car: fuse chart on the cover). Tail/Brake lights are combined with the Horn fuse in the engine compartment box. The fact that both taillights are out as well as the dash does not suggest the bulbs, but anything is possible. Tail light bulbs are accessed from inside the trunk compartment.
Hope this is of some help

We had the distribute replaced and now the brake

Sounds like a fuse, in the underhood fuse box, the brake lights & cruise are on the same 20 amp fuse. After replacing the fuse, check the brake lights first. Then see if the horn works, horns usually are the cause for a blown fuse, they short out.

Horn does not work.

It could be the contacts in the steering wheel, or it could be the horn relay.
