Electric windows won't go up

Are you sure that is not the AC compressor relay?
I don't know your car, but not aware of any cars having a defroster relay, a defogger relay for the rear window with the electric grid in the window, yes. Never heard of a defroster relay.

check for broken wires in the rubber looking tube that goes from the A pillar to the door

the window motor has gone out

window relay switch if none of the window switches are working. note:if you have door switches and console switch (you probably have 2 relays, locations may vary)

Your ignition starter is bad.

on 1987 all you mentioned are on same fuse #11 located in fuse box below steering wheel 3rd row 3rd fuse from left next to either a blank space if you do not have power windows,or next to silver circuit breaker if you do have power windows.
