I have a 2000 pontiac bonneville that has the factory cd player in it when you try to put a cd in it wont take it. The radieo will shut off like its suppose to but wont take the cd. I tried to push the cd in manuelly and gets stuck then the radieo comes back on it worked fine yesterday and when i got into it today it wont any ideas

It would be cheaper to replace the radio with a after market one rather then sending out the old one for repair

SOURCE: CD player is not working.

I would first try removing the fuse to the radio/cd player, see if that resets the system and get the cd out.

Had the same problem. Took it to local guy and he put it on the computer and found the wire running underneath the driver side floor mat had gone bad. Had to do with the security shut-off, which this wire affected. Replaced that wire, and the car has been running great ever since - happened 19 months ago.

My 2000 Pontiac Bonneville wipers wont shut off and the handle is on the off position. what can that be?

if you look under the hood, locate the wiper motor. on the front are 3 torx head(star) screws holding a black cover abount 4' x 4'. once you unscrew those, look inside, that is your wiper module. very common for these to act this way. replace it. the dealer usually carries this in stock.

CD stuck in Factory installed CD player

TRY REMOVING THE RADIO FUSE FOR 30 SECONDS THEN REINSTALL IT. THE CD PLAYER WILL SOMETIMES EJECT THE CD OR EVEN START WORKING PROPERLY AGAIN.
