I'd first pull off the idle speed control and give it a good cleaning, or at very least spray throttle body cleaner inside throttle body & concentrate a little extra inside the port (hole in side of throttle body) where idle speed control is, to clean it up the best I could & see if it helps at all.

Is the brake fluid reservoir low? The master brake cylinder may be leaking, the fluid getting sucked into the brakes power booster and then into the vacuum of the intake manifold. Check the vaccuum hose to the brakes power booster to see if it is wet inside with brake fluid.

use engine cleaner like gunk, and an old tooth brush. remove rubber tube going to your engines throtle lightly spray cleaner on throtle. open plate and scrub all that black carbon off, and wipe it out. follow with a wet rag to remove any residue.reassemble the tube and you are good to go. vehical will learn idle all over again by starting and turning off engine for 10 sec. and restarting.

Why is my 1999 Silverado running rough under wet conditions?

should be getting some engine codes. my truck has a bad ignition coil but still runs fine. that truck has direct coils if I am wrong sorry. if the plugs are crack you will get a bad idle. if the truck has the older style cap and rotor then check that. might have some water getting into and the the wires getting wet will make it run like that also.

I have a leak somewhere in my power steering. I can see the fluid that has already leaked out onto other pipes and hoses, but not where it is coming from. What should I do?

If you can, wipe all the fluid up then crank up and look,if none comes out, then take a drive and check to see where it's coming from, normally the high pressure hose at the crimp.

Trouble shifting. just runs up the rpms. stalled and died wont restart

automatic transmission blues?
if yes, that is called FLARE. gross transmission slip but
stalling is one more non related, issue, so this is 2 problems.
why not check for spark first. x4 cylinders
then check spark plug tips for dry or wet. if wet and spark is good
use WOT magic secret unflood mode stated in the operators guide.
if not flooding and is dry plugs, and spark is good
you lost fueling, dead dead fuel pump or 12vdc dont reach it.

trans,is 2nd cant drive with dead engine.

I need to now how to replace rear main oil seal on 1990 ford tures with 3.0

Remove transmission and flywheel pop out seal put in new one .
Honestly go to a transmission shop they will charge you about $500 to do it. Still cheaper than wasting gas , stalling out and possibly seizing your engine.
May want to consider buying a new vehicle

I have a Mondeo 2002 diesel tdci 1998cc. It was stalling at lights etc. restarted OK but it took longer and longer to restart. One morning the pre heater light would'nt extinguish and then the car would...

I'd replace the fuel filter first. Have the battery load-checked to assure full speed from the starter and verify that the alternator is maintaining full charge. Beyond that, I'm not much help.
