Do you mean the fan does not work or the fan blows but there is no heat ? If you mean the blower, check the resistor at the wiring just before you get to the blower. The resistor is a small gadget. Not to be confused with an electronic resistor. If the blower works but there is no heat, replace the thermostat.

According to my wiring diagram, the blue and white wire from the blower motor gets power from the key switch. The fan switch and resistor grounds the motor. No blower fuse is listed.
I would start by looking for a fuse that blew out. Depending on the vehicle, it could be clearly labled. fuse could be under the hood, or under the dash. it the fuse is good, next, could be a short, and most likely in the motor itself. What kind of vehicle; year, model? Dave
Should have a fuse for it; look for 25 or 30 amp heater fuse. If it's good, pull off the connector at blower motor, and with key on and heater fan switch on high setting, check for power at the connector. If you have power there, then the motor nust be bad and need replacing. If no power at the motor, the switch may be bad, or the wiring or the heater relay needs to be investigated. Good luck.
Look for your blower speed control switch, usually located in your blower fan housing to keep it cool you can usually tell when you see it ,if it burnt out. or do a continuity test.
Hello there the heater blower is located under the hood on the firewall on the passenger side you will see a round motor looking item there this is your motor and blower now if you have checked the fuses for this than make sure that the wires that this motor is connected to are all in good condition if so than yes replace the blower motor ok best regards michael
Check the fuse box under the dash, which you may have already done, also check under the hood there is a secondary fuse box and it will list the heater and fuse or it may have a relay for the heater, you my have a bad relay for heater.
Have you checked to see if small vacuum line on firewall under the hood is a-ok ( no breaks or cuts) it's usually on passenger side and goes through the firewall to inside. Also I think when the heater core goes out you have no defrost either so when it is cold and wet outside your windshield will fog up.Also did you check your fuses.
