There is a Technical Service Bulletin for this. Ask your dealer. It would be a free fix. It involves the rubber bushings at the top of the front struts.

A common problem is sway bar links raise and support vehicle and shake them to see if they are loose.

Front Suspension noise

From your description,I suspect worn tie rod ends. The tie rods connect the steering gear to the wheels.grasp the tire rod while you or an asistant shakes the wheel from 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock to pin point where it's loose. could be inner or outer ends or both.

It sounds like it is coming from the passsenger front wheel : bump bump bump going down the road and sometimes as if the front brake is coming lose ( not the case) 2005 4x4 ford escape is it possible just...

This sounds to me like a broken strut more than anything. As far as i know you can not remove the front differental, because this is the main drive. The rear wheels are only drivin while in four wheel drive. I would sugest to take your car to a mechanic shop and have them "shake down the front end" for any loose parts. A ball joint can also cause a noise as well as a strut mount or strut.

I have a 98 millenia with front end problems. It makes popping noises while driving on rough roads and some smooth roads. It sounds like the front end about to come out of it. I've already changed the left...

sounds as though the rubber bushings (there are two of them L/R side on the stabilizer bar) could be the issue. When the bushing are loose they allow the stabilizer bar to bump against the steering or rack and pinon.

2003 mercury sable. rattle noise on rough road. Sounds like front wheel loose.Jacked up can shake left wheel looks like loose at cv joint. Is this needing replaced? Can I do it ?

loose wheel not caused by cv joints. More likely ball joint or tie rod end. Usually need a lift to do this kind of work. If cv boot is torn open, replace axle as well. If you haven't done this kind of work before, recommend you get some help from someone that has done it.

Grinding rubbing sound from front axle and is not brakes?

More than likely a bad front wheel bearing. You may be able to jack up the front and feel a loose front wheel at the hub but often times you can't so you have to try and determine which one by driving the car. Try driving on a smooth road and gently do S turns down the road. The noise will usually come and go as you turn from side to side. Have someone else in the car to help you listen, sometimes it can be hard to determine which side and you have to just replace both, but really, they've both got the same mileage.

My 1998 Chevrolet c1500 4x2 5.7 v8 left front wheel makes, what could be the problem. I just had a watepump replaced a few days ago, could this have anything to do with the wheel or brake getting too hot?

No, the water-pump would not effect the wheels. I am going to assume it is a noise that the front left wheel makes, and here are some common causes:
  • Bearings
  • Brake pads
  • Suspension
  • tire rub
  • loose lug
Do these noises occur constantly during the drive? (This is most likely a bearing)
Only while braking? (Break pads)
When hitting rough roads? (Suspension_

I have front end vibration that is not caused by alignment. New tires on all four wheels but still have alot of front end vibration. Car is a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon.

just checked this out a while ago:

Wheel Hub Assemblies: Systems and Diagnosis of Worn Hub Assemblies & Bearings
Front wheel hub assemblies and bearings control the position of, and reduce the resistance of, vehicle wheels in contact with the pavement. When they fail, front wheels may not be kept in position and vibration and noise usually develop. Symptoms that normally develop as a result of these worn parts include:
  • A humming, rumbling or growling noise which increases with acceleration or as the vehicles turns
  • Vibration felt in the steering wheel, which changes with vehicle speed or as the vehicle turns
  • Looseness or excessive play in the steering wheel (especially while driving over rough road surfaces)
  • A loud, constant grinding noise when driving the vehicle (heard in the most severe cases of a wheel bearing failure)
  • Pulling to one side when braking.
  • Roughness - with the vehicle of the ground, roughness or vibration when rotating the wheel
  • Looseness - with the vehicle off the ground, looseness when wiggling the wheel back and forth (Looseness may also indicate a worn ball joint)
  • Excessive brake pedal play can also indicate sloppy or excessively loose wheel bearings
  • ABS failure in the system may be related to failure of the ABS sensor in the hub assembly or the internal sensor in the wheel bearing
