That fuse is in the fuse box under the hood. one is called cigarette lihter, the other call power port (?possibly?). the outlet on right is really only for lighter and can not be used for heavy loads such as laptop computers, etc without constantly blowing fuse; truct me! use left outlet for heavy loads; use right one for light loads such as cell phone charger, satelite radio, etc

If from the outlet had power before and you used a test light to test for power . remove the barrel ( the front part of the lighter) in the dash using your thumb to turn it.On some vehicles they have an inline fuse not to far from the cig. lighter on the inside of the dash

2005 2500HD 6.0 ltr gas....the speedometer is at 17mph when sitting still and is not correct while driving. Any suggestions??

Sounds like a voltage spike or sugre that is possibly constant. Probably thru the speed sensor/s. take it to a garae and have it checked with a computer. most places do this for free. If the computer is reading the same as the dash, then I would say it is the speed sensor. If the computer reads ) mph, then the dash has shorted. The dash itself is a computer also.

2005 GMC 2500HD Both the cigarette lighter & the auxillary port (spare lighter) don't have power, I have checked several fuses but fnd none to say lighter What fuses control these devices?

If you still have your owners manual, it will show you the fuses. Just in case you don't, they are located in the fuse panel under the hood. The AUX outlet fuse is just to the left of the 3rd relay along the top row, the cig fuse is located just below the 3rd relay.
