Question about 2007 Saturn Outlook
I just got this done. You don't have to do anything under the hood. (i took too much apart. do not do that) remove the four philips screws from the wheel well covering. with the tire turned to the inside you can reach the seal cap at the rear of the head lamp housing. two clips hold the lamp housing into the electrical socket. use your thumb nails to spread the clips and pull the lamp housing out of the electrical socket.

I have the same problem and decided to call Saturn as my car was still under warranty...I would not have thought a lightbulb would have been covered but am told that it is...easy solution.
