If you are getting oil in the coolant, or coolant in the engine oil, or any obvious external leaks, the block could be cracked. The crack would be bigger when the engine is hot.

2003 dodge Durango 4.7l overheating. Water pump, thermostat, fans, radiator all in good working order. Only heats up at idle, stop and go, or heavy acceleration. Coasting, highway, and turning off a/c...

If your exhaust smokes white ,which is steam when engine is warm this is a tell tale sign that coolant is leaking into combustion chamber of engine. If you see high level of oil or foam on oil dip stick, this a sign coolant leaking into engine. Either circumstance would mean possible blown head/intake gasket or cracked head or cylinder crack.
You can also have cooling system pressure tested to verify leaking, it is a quick test which is not expensive to have done at a shop.

Signs blown head gasket

Cracked head means replace your engine, head gasket if you do it yourself approx $150 , dealership cost $800. Remove the oil cap on the top of the engine block , put your finger in and see what color the oil is if it's dark it's not a cracked head , if it's white and or milky looking, you have water in your oil, cracked head !

Clunking noise when I hit bumps fuel low it stalls oil in anti-freeze

You probably have a cracked cylinder head. Has the car overheated or been run really low on
oil?

Could also be a blown head gasket. But the clunking sound when you hit bumps makes me
think the one of the cylinder heads is cracked.

But oil in the antifreeze is a sign of:

1) Cracked cylinder head.
2) Cracked engine block
3) Blown head gasket.

I think its a cylinder head because its a lot easier to crack a cylinder head than an engine
block.

Oil in radiator

Not a good sign, must take your car immediately to check if there is any crack in the engine block, engine head or water ports., water pump assembly.
Sometimes if there is a crack it might be serious as water might seep into the oil and make the lubrication bad resulting in a total packed up engine. Check your oil forr traces of water , if so get help immediately..

Oil in anti-freeze

That is not a good sign. These are a few ways this can happen. Bad head gasket, bad intake manifold gasket, cracked or warped head, or a cracked engine block. If the intake manifold gasket hasn't been replaced yet, have it checked for leaks. The 3100 and 3400 V6 engines are prone for intake gasket failure.

Oil is leaking into radiator, replaced head gasket and checked head, no signs of cracks what so ever.

If the head gasket is installed properly and they head is o-kay as stated the only option left is a cracked engine block. Sorry for bad news.

Changed plugs, plugwires, discap, rotorbutton. and engine still does not run smooth/please help,,

is your check engine light ON? Has your timing belt been changed? have your intake cleaned, including the IAC valve. Inspect your intake hose for crackes and leaks(this is very typical. If your intake hose is cracked or leaking, this will cause hesitation and rough idling/running. post comments or questions...hopefully this helps
