The sensor will most probably be mounted some where on the intake manifold near the thermastat. Many cars have two sensors, one for the computer and one for the guage. the one for the guage more than likely will have one or two wires, it should simply unscrew like a sparkplug. If you change it expect to lose some coolant.

Follow the upper rad hose to the thermostat housing. It will be there. There are two, one is the ECT (engine coolant temperature SENSOR) and the other is the temperature SENDING UNIT (input for temp. gauge ONLY).
you can find the speed sensor above the trans axle.. remove the air cleaner and vacuum connection and some wire connected to the a.cleaner then you can see below above the trans axle.. a speed sensor its only 1 ^_^ you can see it directly
i have ford focus ghia 2.0 2002 model and i have problem with the fuel pump sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.. when i fill the tank petrol pores out, the pipe next to the filter also comes out, how do i fix the problem?
i have replaced coil pack. wires plugs on a 2000 2.0 sohc ford focus..and it still has no fire.... motor just turns over.. 99'000 miles i had the timing belt and all replaced about 10'000 miles ago at ford dealer ship.... what might be my problem now crank sensor??? all fuses i checked they are all good.... it just spins no fire to plugs so it seems...
there are two sensors on your car, one is before your catylitic
converter and just after the exhaust runners come together, it may be
hidden due to your heat shield, the second one will be after the
catylitic converter and will easiest to see from under the car, if you look onto the site for autozone you can see a picture of one and if they have the guide they sometimes have pictures too
