Fuel filter

I need to know where the fuel filter is located on a 1989 toyota celica. I need to be able to relay the instructions to my girlfriend on the phone about how to replace it. If it is the plastic clips you remove with a screwdriver that part is taken care of. Mainly i just need the location of the filter and any pics would be awesome
