Need belt diagram to replace belt after changing alternator 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500HD

The diagram should be in the engine bay somewhere. usually on the front crossmemeber or possibly hood. If that doesnt work, contact one of your local autoparts stores. They should have a database that they can print a diagram from.

How do you get the alternator back on 2003 2500

The belt tension is automatically adjusted with the tennsioner pulley. As far as putting it back on, I am not sure what you mean, you just need to bolt it back up and pull the belt over the pulley.

A professional Tune Up will Check your mileage to see what Chevy reccomends. They have diagnostic tools to check and adjust the Engine back to specs. You can change the basics ...Plugs,Wires,Cap..ect.
