Have you replaced the fuel filter? Have you done a fuel pressure test? What exactly is the problem? More details will help... :)
If you are 100% sure that it is in fact a fuel issue, when in doubt follow the gas lines, the fuel pressure regulator is located right before the fuel rail feeding the injectors. Good luck!
For 1993 Mazda MX-6 2.0L MFI DOHC 4cyl the OBD Diagnostic Link Connector is located:
Under hood, driver side, upper engine area, passenger side rear
of air filter housing, mounted next to airflow meter connector.

look under you car you should see a line running down the car from a big black tank trace it till you get to a silver canister it should have one line going into it and another leaving it that your fuel filter
94 ford probe does not have carb. it is fuel injection. that hose from fuel filter goes to the fuel rail on engine. if it is a vacuum hose it should go to the fuel regulator also on fuel rail.hope this helps
fuel filter on most Mazda cars can be located on a bracket in the left
rear of the engine compartment, next to or beneath the brake master
cylinder fluid reservoir or as part of the fuel pump assembly.
The filter on Mazda3 models is part of the fuel pump assembly.
fuel filter is part of the pump assembly. Once the fuel pump is
removed, remove the filter retainer and filter. refer to the fuel pump
procedure or removal and installation.
