When you turn on the sprayer you should hear a pump motor running, try this with the engine off and key on so u can hear better. if u dont hear the pump then check the fuse if its ok then u will need a new windshield washer pump. if the pump is running when u activate it check for a leak in the lines. if you hold the washer button down long enough and the pump is running then you will see washerfluid leaking from somewhare. have hood raised when doing this so you can see better.

Windshield wiper fluid won't spray high enough on windows. What could be the problem?

the small nozzle where the water comes out is actually a small ball and can be adjusted by inserting a small wire in the hole and moving it to where you want the water to spray to
it could be difficult to move as over time the ball corrodes into one spot in which , new sprayers are the fix

My 2006 Dodge Dakota windshield washer fluid does not spray. I checked the washer pump and it works. The fuses are all good. And the wipers work. When I press the windshield washer button inside the truck...

If the pump works, something should be flowing thru the hose to the spray nozzles.
And if the pump works, everything electrical is working.
How do you know the pump works ?

Sometimes disconnecting the battery does more damage then you want it might have trip a fuse or relay check those if thats not it, maybe wiper motor or transmission went out.

How to remove windshield washer pump

sounds like the spray nozzles are clogged you can usually remove them and soak them in soapy water or spray water through it with a sprayer on the end of a hose. if that doesn't solve it then you may have a cracked line or the pump that pumps it out may be broken but usually is the nozzles are clogged.

Try blowing the switch out with compressed air moving it from every position. If this fails, replace the switch. Frankster016
