First of all not sure where you are but I can see it is colder there then where I am in Michigan first of all make sure your battery is fully charged and the second thing if there is a place where you can get a heated oil dip stick plug it in and it will help the engine with the cold start also put some dry gas in the gas tank as well but if all this fails and you can get it started with a jump and get it running while it is running take the positive side of the battery cable off and if the car dies again then it could be the alternator

1998 dodge caravan keeps dying but starts right back up

I'd start by replacing the fuel filter, if it hasn't been replaced recently, that might be the cheapest fix, if that doesn't solve it, it sounds like a fuel pump, have the pressure coming out of it checked before dropping the fuel tank to get to it.

!999 dodge caravan will start and run great. If I turn it off when it is warmed up and restart it it misses. If I don.t turn it off it will run good all day.

A possibility is the EGR valve is ganked up with exhaust deposits....and there is no guarantee that the vacuum diaphragm actuator actually is doing it's job.

1998 Dodge Caravan. engine dies and wont start. fuel pump was changed twice but i get a few miles & dies again & wont start. im thinkin fuel filter is plugged....

It might be your fuel filter. Also, Dodge and Chrysler is bad for fuel pump failures. A clogged fuel filter can cause this. Also, you might not be getting enough fuel pressure. There should be a test port on the van, where you can test the gas pressure. You also have a fuel pump relay or switch. This could be bad as well. Hope this helps you.

Van sputters still and worse then before

I would recommend having the TPS sensor checked as that is the first cause for rough idles and stalls...
