A mechanic would first test the battery for a dead cell, then check each circuit on the car. We usually start with the big circuits such as lights and the alternator, and then go down the list.

your problem is a very big one. you gonna have to do alot of trouble shoot. check for gas pressure, check for spark ignition, make sure the vehicle is getting air. manually check the engine.
