Question about 2003 Toyota RAV4
Well there are a lot of components which may causing it but if you really wanna do it by your self all you need to do is to check the pressure,compression,voltage...check the fuel pressure if you have enough check your owners manual for specs then after checking and its in pretty good condition proceed to the next step compression means your checking the compression on each cylinder check manual for specs then if still good condition check for voltage you need to check the primary first then secondary but doing this things you need a couple of understanding all the steps and proper way to do it wear safety protection for your self..
