Question about 1995 Dodge Ram
Have checked for power at the fuse? if not you can use a multi-meter and then take the leads and test if you have power at the runinng light fuse. if no power there then you have a wiring problem. then i would check power at each light so you know about where the bad wire or wires are going to be.

SOURCE: need to change out cig
remove the ashtray and reach behind the cig lighter you should feel a nut you take the nut loose and the cig lighter comes right out just unplug the wires and plug them on to the new one. and if you get your new cig lighter first you will get the idea of what i am talking about the nut
