SOURCE: are there new exterior door handles for 1994 xj12

I recall seeing exterior door handles on Ebay the other night. I think that they were used, but I think that getting new ones are going to be expensive, and hard to find. I hope that this helps.

SOURCE: jaguar xj12 1994 alternator not

The alternator has to have 12 volts to excite it. The 12 volts comes from the ignition switch, then through the ECM then to the alternator. Make sure that when you turn the key on that you have 12 volts on the alternator. It will be the small wire. The larger wire will have because this is the output to the battery. You need to check the input.

I just bought a 1994 XJ12 the previous owner took the tank out cut the lines and I need to know were I can buy them the one from the back to the tank

i guess the previous owner cut the pipes because he did not know how to release them from the tank. they are released by using quick release tools from the underside above the diff, not easy, limited access, i used to tie a piece of string to the tool in case i dropped it on top of the diff, not easy to retrieve.try jaguar heritage for new pipes if they are not available from a jaguar dealer, or the jaguar owners club. not a easy job to do, i removed the complete rear suspension/axle unit to do this job, not easy job without access to a lift. there is 2 pipes, flow and return you should replace both. they came as a pair from jaguar if i recall. you also need to use quick release tools at the front end of the pipes, 2 different sizes, hope this helps

Blower motor on drivers side quit working what could cause this I checked the motor outside of the car and it ran fine jaguar xj12 1994 4 door

Check for power to the switch and from the switch to the motor. You said you checked it outside, so if you put power to it and it works you have to back track the fault to where the power is lost.
It would be no power to switch or no power out of switch or wiring in between.

Where is crank sensor on 1994 jaguar

There are two crank sensors on the V12, one crank sensor is located at the front of the engine just behind the crankshaft pulley at the bottom of the engine. There is a second sensor located at the rear of the engine that attaches to the bell housing of the transmission and picks up the signal from the ring gear.

Fuel pump location for 1994 XJ12, Are there 2?

Hi, you should find your fuel pump in the fuel tank, and from memory there is only 1 main pump although on some there is a pre pump fitted which basically feeds the main pump, Cheers

I just purchased a 1994 Jaguar XJ12. When in park the idle will jump, then drop about every 4 seconds. Put it in to drive and the idle is steady. Any ideas what would cause this?

Not necessarily an issue, although annoying...Is there ANY hint of similar surge, while in gear? if not, probably not worth following up, but if yes, keep after it...

So, how fast does it idle in neutral or park? things to look for are too high of an idle, sometimes the ignition advance kicks in a little too soon, and causes what you describe....

Is any other thing causing this, like cycling clutch A/C?

What speed does the enging increase and decrease to?
