Likely to find a loose connection to the dash harness, turn on the devices that fail when hitting bumps, and grab the harness and jiggle to make concern appear.  If so, trace to weak connection point.

Wiper pump does not run but wipers do

Check the connector at the pump for tightness and corrosion. Check for power and ground at the connector.

The radio and power windows do not work when I start truck. Sometimes if you hit a bumb or hit dash above radio all starts working

as going over a bump etc can make the components work ther eis obviously a loose connection , have you had any work done to vehicle in the dash area ,electrical or otherwise ? if not this will probably be a time consuming fix as will have to trace wiring from window switch back to dash and radio as well they probably have a common connector in there somewhere keep me posted if you wish

I have no gauges & alternator is out on a 2003 ford f250 superduty

There is a 10amp fuse for the gauges and the circuit that turns on the alternator. I think the fuse is in the engine compartment fuse box but your owners manual would tell you for sure.
You need to know if that circuit has power with the key switch on.
The wire going from the fuse to the instrument cluster is red and yellow and the wire between the cluster and the alternator is lite green and red.

My windshield washer is not spraying water, and not pumping. I don't know which fuse controls it and I don't have a manual. which one is it. I have a Ford 2003 f-250 super duty truck

I believe it's powered by the windsheild wipers. I would check to see if the washer pump is getting power when operating the switch, if so, the pump itself maybe bad.

My fuel gauge on my f350 jumps from full to empty

The fuel sending unit is employed to tell the gas gauge how much fuel is stored in the tank. In your Ford vehicle, the Ford fuel sending unit is usually made up of a metal rod, a resistor, a float and a wiper. The float is composed of foam and is attached to the thin metal rod. The end part of the rod is connected to a variable resistor. The said resistor is an electrical device thats able to resist the flow of electricity. In the fuel tank, the variable resistor is made up of a strip of resistive substance connected on one side to the ground. Sliding along this strip of material is a wiper thats linked to the gauge. This wiper brings the current from the gauge to the resistor.

When your fuel gauge starts to give inaccurate readings, it is likely to be your fuel sending unit thats malfunctioning.
