Find the wiper relay and replace it.The contacts in the relay are probably welded shut.

My 1998 Honda Accord EX windshield wiper fluid pump and intermittent wiper mode doesn?t work. The wiper switch, the fluid pump motor, and fuses are ok. Could it be a fault in the ?drivers multiplex control...

You could have debirs in the pump or in the line. some units have screens that can get clogged up. Do make sure fuse is in place and tight. There may also be a relay that could be loose or faulty. You can check with an ohmmeter.

Can not find the main relay switch on a 1985 Honda Accord (Carb)

the main relay, located at the back of the fuse box, is a coupler type which contains relays for the ECU power supply and fuel pump power supply.

Power door locks not working on 1998 honda accord lx

I promise this works 'cause I used it:

Put the key in the ignition, move the intermittent wiper control to the middle possition and then turn the key on.

just to clarify it's the ring that controlls the intermittent wiper speed and not the int / low/ high switch.

What this does is it resets the multiplex unit that controlls the accessories such as the power door locks. This problem usually happens once the battery has been removed or disconnected and reconnected. Every once in a while the multiplex systems lock up. Especially on the 98s. That's how you wake em up.

hi you have a short your favourite place to look is the wipers relay they are more likley to short than the switch and there cheaper if no joy remove your steering wheel cowls so you can get at the switch find out which wire feeds the relay to turn the wipers on see if its permenantly live when you turn the switch off if so replace switch if the switch works as it should and the relays ok then the motors faulty yates210456
