My car heater is not working

Start with checking coolant level, as this is almost always the cause of low/no heat condition.

Need to know where to check fuse for 1996 ford mustang gt 4.6l fan

In the high current fuse box which is located in the engine compartment. It is a 60 amp fuse and should be marked as fan. In the middle row, second from bottom close to the diagonal cut.

Heater fan don't work, don't know which fuse operates heater fan

Hi!!
Look in engine compartment close to battery for fuse box, remove cover and inside cover there is a diagram of fuse/relay locations.
You are looking for a fuse and relay, it should say blower fan or AC blower fan. First check fuse, if Fuse is ok. check Relay.

I have a 2001 Ford F 250 power stroke and the A/C stopped working?? First the blower would only work on High then the blower stopped working all together. I can put the selector knob on A/C, high and when...

The blower is like a small exhaust fan and most likely the armature coils of the fan have shorted out, stopping the fan completely. You will have to replace the blower fan since repairing it wont be cost effective. A/c fuses are clearly marked so most probably the fuses you checked are the normal ones, cos the A/c fuses are bunched in one location(behind the dashboard of the Drivers side)...............sodeep

need more information on vehicle, my advice is to check blower motor resistor located under glove box area held by two screws into blower housing ( has about 5 wires to it ) check it for burned marks, smell, melting, or accessibly hot to the touch.
