Question about 2004 Chrysler Crossfire
Hi, The drivers heated seat (Lower Part) has suddenly stopped working the light is still coming on and the upper part is still heating. I have checked the fuses etc and they are fine. Have you any ideas as to what the problem is? The frustrating thing is the Car was at a Chrysler dealership and I know it was working correctly when the car was dropped off, but when I collected the car and I switched the heated seat on the lower part was not working. Just to make you aware the passenger seat works fine.
(Crossfire, 04 model and less than 30,000 miles, like brand new)
Seems like a huge coincidence it stopped working at the same time it was visiting the dealership. I suggest you take it back and complain that they broke your seat.
You have nothing to lose and will probably get the fault diagnosed free and maybe more...

I have an excellent mechanic at my dealership.
I ran into the problem your are descrbing. Thought it was a fluke but when It got worse took it to the dealership my mechanic diagnosed it as an intermittant failure of the Crankshaft Sensor.

the fuse panel is usually in the drivers compartment somewhere. try where your knees hit the dash or the part you cant see unless the door is open on the passenger and drivers side

Disconnect negative battery post for 30 seconds & reconnect. This action will reset the car's computor & remove the light.

yes maybe a fuse, also look under the seat and ensure the wire is connected they sometimes get caught when moving the seat back and forward and split against the metal seat base.
