Hello for that kind of alarm problem you may want to try to go out side from your vehicle and lock and unlock the door with your key only. Insert the key key into the key cylinder and turned to the lock position wait a few seconds and turn the key to the opposite side to unlock wait a few seconds that may disable your anti-theft system and make the alarm noise go away. you have to make sure that all your doors are closed properly including the hood and on passenger cars even check the trunk if one of the doors is not close properly will trigger the anti-theft system again. if your car keeps making noise there may be a chance that the prior owner or the dealer on the initial sale could off install an aftermarket alarm. some times you may be able to spotted under the dashboard and it will have some fuses attached. as afar as that type of alarm it will have a different set up and you may have t take the vehicle to an stereo alarm company. some other times may be the batteries on your remote control that are going low and that also will trigger the alarm. check one of those options that may help you!
