Can anyone help i have not been able to start my bmw since the battery run really low changed the battery still wouldn't start changed the inline fuel filter checked the fuel pump along with the fuse's checked that its having fuel it turns over and try's to fire but runs for a split second and cuts out it does this every time it been three months since it has run has anyone had this problem or have any ideas please........ at my wits end now lol thanks
Really bad luck. Do you have a obd2 fault scanner? that may help. If this still could not detect the problem, send your car to a local garage. Good luck!!

try to clean up your gas tank .it also can be a bad Oxygen sensor Fuel filter not so expansive around 30 40 bucks and might save you the hassle.... by it being the cause.

dave again i just posted you so it is definately fuel related listen to see if the fuel pump turns as described in my last post if it does not you can test the relay by replacing it with a known good relay like the horn if your horn works but your fuel pump does not turn swap em see if the horn works still and if the pump now works. If the pump works and the horn does not reinstal the horn relay in its original position and replace fuel pump relay. do the same with fuel pump fuse as sometimes the fuse looks okay but is not. If you have a test light hook it to ground and make sure both metal tabs on the fuse light the light when the pump is activaed.

You must check for power and ground to the fuel pump ,you will have power for approx. 2 seconds with key first turned to the run position and then you will have constant battery voltage during cranking. You may also want to go to AutoZone .com or Alldata.com and bur online manuel for you Daewoo.the are very reasonable and informative. If you find you have correct voltage supply and ground, and assuming the fuel guage is correct and there is fuel,it is very likely you will be replacing the fuel pump , strainer and filter. Don`t laugh on the fuel guage comment, I have had several vehicle towed in to me for no starts, only to find the guage not reading correctly , and the vehilcle was out of fuel.Good luck I hope this helps.

Hi, I had the same fault on my Laguna 1.9dci. you have a faulty injector. possible one or more. changed one on mine and it got better but then a second had to be done, now problem completely gone.

I'm willing to bet you have bad fuel injectors. Back in 91 they had a problem with on injector shorting out causing the rest to short out. I have a 91 that had the same problem, and my injectors were junk.
