1995 pontiac grand am se

Drove fine on sunday- snowed and low temp on sunday night about 4 -6 degrees, Monday 12/15 until now still will not start, with in 2 years alternator and starter has been replaced.

You need two things fuel and fire. Check for spark, and remove the fuel filter your gas might have frozen, with all this ethanol **** your getting corn whiskey whitelightning, moonshine its mostly water. water freezes even if surrounded by gas especially when it gets that cold hope this helps.

Don't you hate when that happens? You didn't cross any wires. rotate the plug wire boot as you push it on untill you feel a snap or click. Now the air filter. Check the maf sensor. the first sensor in the duct coming out of filtr. It musy be snug and no air leaks in thr duct. check the clamps at each end. if that doesn't help get back to me. and don't fotget to fill in thr ratings please

2000 grand am saturday battery light and abs light came on. tested car altanator low so I changed it. Drove it an hour out of town then back sunday. Then monday it doesnt start, cranks but no turn over....


It sounds like an a EMS problem. have I hope you have a mate with the same modle of vehicle as yours as yours, and will let you swap over for a trail, or look in a breakers yard/reconditioned company, who will let you try before you buy, on reconditon

1.NSS- (Neutral Safety Switch)
2.CPS- (Crankshaft Position Sensor)
