I had this problem once with locking puzzle lug nut with a deep inset. I had to use a peice of flat steel and hammer it in tightly. I used a pipe wrench to loosen it up. If thats impossible to do welding a peice of steel to the locking nut is the other option

You don't need to buy anything but a key. Just take your VIN # and proof of ownership to a Ford dealer, and they can cut you a new key, as can a good locksmith.
