Either your clutch plate is worn out or the hydraulic clutch has a problem, do you have any free play in the pedal?

this is a clutch problem, do u have any play in the pedal? it should not have any play, if it does the hydraulic clutch release is the problem.

If you have an auto, you could have low fluid level, or your fluid and filter need to be changed. If a manual, maybe a shift linkage problem.
