Question about 1991 Pontiac Grand Prix
IF YOU HAVE A 2 DOOR, THE HANDLE IS ON THE WINDOW, THEY BEND, AND BEND, SLIGHTLY UNTIL THEY BREAK. YOU MUCH REPLACE THE ENTIRE UNIT, NOT JUST THE HANDLE THAT MOVES. WRECKERS WILL TRY TO SOAK YOU FOR A LOT OF CASH FOR A USED ONE, BUT YOU CAN GET AN AFTER MARKET UNIT FOR APPRO. $65.00.

Check the oil pressure/fuel sending unit on the oil filter case,,,if the unit is no good or there is a bare wire there it will make the fuel pump run all the time,,even when the key is off,,had the same thing happen to me.

Can't help with the fuel pump, but as for the doors, I had the same problem. The whole handle will need to be replaced as there is a part broken internally and it's pot metal, so a weld won't hold. Let me know if that's the case!
