The reset button is in the back just inside the hatch door and it is labeled on the little door and I had the same problem on the 2000 expedition and I had to replace the spark plugs and I took it to auto zone and they put it on the tester and I am now replacing the intake gaskets check out the tune up first before you do this cause I have spent five hours on replacing the intake gaskets

2002 ford expedition found gas filter do they have a tool to take it of with.

The fuel filter is installed with quick-disconnect fittings. You auto parts store rent and/or sells these tools to allow you to change the filter. Do not try to use anything else to release the filter or you risk damage and leakage.

Changing Cabin Air Filter on 2002 Ford Expedition, Eddie Bauer. No sign of Cabin Air Filer under Glove Box.

The air filter may be a slide in type just above the fan motor and it may have 2 screws to gold it in place . Check with a workshop manual

First I would suggest you try to get a print out from the dealer for the computer test they did on the car. The computer test should have given them a very good idea of what was wrong before they started fixing anything. Also what they fixed should be under warrantee. If you are still having the same problem, it should have been something they addressed in the beginning.

Where is the thermostat located on the 2000 ford expedition eddie bauer model - blowing cold air, had hard time starting today because temperature is about 20 degrees. no oweners manual

During the winter, try using a higher octane gas. it fires off quicker which will start the car faster. Put about 1/2 tank of high octane, this will also clean the valves and injectors. I usually put a bottle of octane booster in my 2001 expedition 2x's a year. It has octane rating of 109. only one bottle per full tank. t sounds like it just needs a cleaning. If you can stand the cold weather, clean your throttle body which will make a big difference. Follow the top radiator hose from the radiator to it's ending point, that is your thermostat. Can be aggravating to change.

2000 Ford Expedition Starting problem

If the fuel gauge drops off when you are driving then its a sending unit problem that means you have to drop the tank and replace the float and sending unit. This is a common problem for alot of cars because of cheap gas. If you have to drop the tank check the fuel pump canster for dirt because of cheap gas. Replace the fuel pump strainer and fuel pump filter. If the car or truck has about 100,000 miles you might want to change the fuel pump at that time also just to cover your back. If you take it to a shop they will charge you at least $900 to start. But if you do it yourself it will cost you about $200 dollars maybe alittle more.
