If Jay's tips don't pan out, consider having your shocks checked since these can produce a loud rattle if the seals are blown.
A preliminary check can be made using the 'bounce' test. Pressing down and letting up on a fender several times in succession until the car is bobbing good. When you let go on a downstroke, the car should come up once, settle and move no more. If it kind of fades, with several shorter bounces, the shock is bad.

Hey Ron, here's a place to start looking. Check your exhaust by the tailpipe, and grab the tailpipe and give it a wiggle, left right, up down and listen for a rattle noise like you're hearing. Alot of the time an exhaust hanger will rot, or sometimes just come undone allowing the exhaust system to move more than it should, smacking the axle, ot body somewhere, usualy in the rear. Also check for your rear backing plates for your rear brakes, sometimes they rot out and begin to make noise.
Good luck!
Jay

Rear tire makes a cracking/popping sound when going over speed bumps

Sounds more like its one of the many bonded rubber bushings on the rear suspension is giving up.
While someone is looking at that get them to check the rear hub/bearing.

What is the clunking noise coming from the rear passenger side by the strut?

well, don't know what kind of car you have, but the likeliest candidate is the sway bar end link. They make quite a racket when they are bad. Even on small bumps. it could also be the sway bar bushing too, if it's a bushing it'll be more on larger bumps. if it's a link, it'll be more rattly sounding on smaller bumps.

A/C and heater raddle/vibration when fan control turned on

That vibration is caused by something lying in the fan. This causes an imbalance in the fan that gives off the vibration. You will have to remove the blower motor in order to get to the fan and clear the fan of whatever is stuck in the fan.
