I have a 86 dodge d150. i have replaced the fuel pump, but i am still not getting fuel to the carb. all fuel lines are in good shape. truck only starts( for a minute then dies) when carb is primed.

You may think all lines are good. Replace them if they are rubber. Cut the farthest piece loose from the truck and drop in a gallon of gas and see if it picks it up. A new fuel pump should.

I have a 1993 dodge d150 318 no spark or no power to fuel pump could it be the crank sensor?

A BAD CRANK SENSOR WOULD NOT CAUSE A LOSS OF POWER TO THE FUEL PUMP. ARE U SURE ABOUT THAT, THE FUEL PUMP ONLY RUNS FOR 1 SECOND WHEN THE KEY IS TURNED ON UNBLESS ENGINE IS STARTED. DO A FAULT CODE TEST ON THE COMPUTER, GO TO THE WEB LINK FOR INSTRUCTIONS AND A FAULT CODE LIST, VERY EASY TO DO.

I have a 1984 Dodge d150 4x2 truck. I was driving down off the highway and i lost all power. i thought it was the fuel pump, i replaced it and gas flowed better. i started to drive again and i lost power...

have you checked for spark? check all the leads going to the coil from the battery and from the coil to the distributor, if any are loose or faulty it will cause you to lose all power, also check the terminals.

Engine experiences extended cranking to start it at times

Listen at the fuel tank when the key is turned on. The pump should run for a short time and shut off. If it continues to run, the pump is worn out and should be replaced. The fuel filter should be replaced if it hasn't been done lately.
