My 1998 Deville Concours has climate control which is not working properly. The drivers side blows warm air and the passengers side blows cold air. I flushed the radiator and changed the thermostat with no change. Help?

Heater radiator blocked or partially blocked, drain antifreeze and save ,remove the inlet and outlet pipes for teh heater and flush in both directions repeatedly .brown rust should come out,if not a lot comes out then fit two pieces of pipe about a foot long to heater unit pipes and mix some caustic soda and pour in one pipe with a funnel till it comes up in other pipe leave for a while then flush again and you might need to repeat this two or three times

There are a couple of possibilites. 1 Is your vehicle equipped with seperate climate controls for the driver and passenger, if so your warm/cold air motor door on the drivers side is malfunctioning. This is located under the dash.2 Your climate controls on your dash are not working properly. Hope this helps.

The paths through your climate system are controlled by blend & diversion doors that are controlled by your settings and actuated by vacuum 'motors.' If you live in a hot climate, you may have cracked vacuum hoses which can cause the kind of random air temp and mix you are having.
If you have never had any maintenance done that involves rubber products, it may be time to do it.

The heater in my 2003 Dodge Ram 4x4 will not heat up or gets only luke warm & only on the passenger side....any suggestions?

Cold on drivers side and heat on passengers side, actuators working properly and blend doors are moving. Heatertreater is for piece of plastic on actuator motor. I moved blend door by hand after disconnecting actuator and works fine, both sides freezing when moved in opposite direction.

Automobile air conditioning on max cool, blows hot air on passenger side tried dual climate control settings still cold on driver hot on passenger

I had the same problem when i was working on my 1999 Buick Regal and had to disconnect the battery. I didn't reconnect in the same way that I disconnected the battery from the terminal and noticed that the driver side had no heat or air but the passenger side did. I then disconnected the battery again and reconnected it the same way and now have heat and air on both the driver and passenger side. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

sounds like the drivers temp door actuator is not working should be located on the drivers side of the air box down by the gas pedal or center dash area

Climate control unit passengers side

it is probably a solenoid or vacuume motor that has failed where the heater core is located
