You should specify the make and model but chances are there are little clips on your door panel. You can't see them. remove the screws from the inside doorhandle and possiblie the bottom of the panel. Then the panel should pull up and off or you may need a screwdriver to pop the clips out between the panel and metal door. Then just unhook wires for the window and speaker. The speak will stay with the panel and your door and mirror will be exposed to work on

My wife hit a limb and broke the passenger side mirror so that it is hanging loosely and will not operate properly. How do I fix it?

check the mounting bracket if its broken you'll have to replace that , also, check the mount on the door itself, they get bent and with a little TLC can usually be bent back in place,, remove the inside trim piece to the mirror mount inside the door , from there you can see the mounting bolts that hold the mirror in place, if the actual plastic section of the mirror got broke, there is no real fix for that , I suggest getting a replacement at a local junk yard,

Describe how to change the passenger mirror on a 2007 Toyota Sien

Hi, First remove the door panel. (The connector for the mirror is behind the panel just to the left of the door handle.) The arm rest cover pops off by gently prying upward at the corners near the door panel and along the outer edge of the arm rest. Then remove the 2 screws. Remove the screw that holds the door handle bezel on. Remove the little plastic plug to the left of the door handle as well. This reveals yet another screw to remove. Now you can gently pull the door panel away from the door. The little plastic clips will pop out of the door. If they come away from the door panel they easily fit back in place in the metal retainers built into the door panel. You can now disconnect the connector and remove the 3 10mm mirror bolts.
With respect to the door handle bezel on the inside of the door, to remove it you must pull/slide the bezel away from the door hinge. It should move an 1/8 to 1/4 inch. There is a little tab that hooks inside the door handle mechanism and two small holes, top and bottom, that slip over little pegs on the mechanism. I broke this tab while removing the bezel on my car. This was the most difficult part, on my car, to remove.
Take care

Driver's inside door handle broke. How do I get

found this while looking to replace speakers:

DOOR WITH POWER LOCKS AND WINDOWS First remove the triangle piece in the top corner of the panel (piece closest to the outside mirror). This can be done with a plain screwdriver and just a little
prying and it will snap off. Second, remove the door lock inset, same screwdriver, little prying and it snaps out. Next remove the cover inside the door handle, same screwdriver, pry and snaps out
(turn it upside down and slide it off. Now you will need to remove the cover that holds the window
and door lock buttons, same screwdriver and pry upwards just a little and should pop off. Ok now you
will need a small socket to take out three screws. One is inside the button panel you just took off,
the second is inside corner of the door arm, (the handle you grab to shut the door, look under it,,
see it yet, yeah thats it). The last screw in on the very bottom of the whole door panel, you will
have to get on your hands and knees to see this one (yeah thats it right there). Now would be a good
time to remove the door light on the corner, same screwdriver, pry from the red lens side outward,
once out, remove the wire termial. Ok.... now grab the under side of the panel where that last screw
was and lift upwards, apply a little more pressure till the panel pops upward about an inch. Now your
door panel is loose, you can lift it off a little but you will need to remove the wire from the tweeter.
The termial has a locking tab you need to press down to remove it.

How do you remove the front speakers to replace them?

first remove the little triangle of plastic by the window (its held on by snaps) then remove the 2 screws you can visibly see (one next to door handle other at the bottom of door) then use a flat head to pop out your door lock and remove the screw behind it. then pull firmly on the mirror handle and look for the small little metal ring that can be pulled out (use a very small screw driver to pop it out) to remove the mirror handle. then take off the plastic piece (also held on by clamps) that is arround the door handle. then pull up and off and voila your inside your door. And to remove the speaker you simply push down on the top clamp and pull out the pull out the back wires and your done.

Replacing passenger side-view mirror on 1999 Dodge Stratus

Watched my dad do it this afternoon. There is an exposed screw on the left side of the door panel and one at the bottom of the panel. There are also two hidden screws, one behind the door handle and one inside the little hole in the armrest (pop off the plastic plugs). There are also three recessed screws behind the speaker cover. You can pop the speaker cover off with a flathead screwdriver. I'm pretty sure thats all of them. You can pop the panel off then, but watch the wires connecting stuff inside. The hardest part is getting it over the door lock. .

Once the panel is loose you have to pop off the black plastic cover hiding the back of the mirror. There are three recessed bolts holding the mirror. My dad had to get a special wrench to get those off and he dropped one inside the door, so be careful (we fastened a magnet to a coat hanger and got it back). Mine had some remote gizmos, so he had to had to unplug the little square thing and then popped off what was left of the old mirror. If your new mirror has a wire with a little box, feed it through the hole and plug it in. Once you have it positioned correctly, you can screw on the bolts and put eveything back together. It helps to have another person there while you are trying to position the mirror correctly. Hope I didn't miss anything. Good luck!

How do i replace pass. outside mirror on a 04' nissan maxima

First you need to get you a new mirror, then once you have it remove the door pannel, so you can get access to the screws located behing the little tweeter located on the inner side of the mirror. To remove the door pannel you need a philip head screw driver with magnet preferable, or a socket size 10mm. remove the little plastic square on the door opener of the inside, plus remove very carefuly to not brake the clips gray shiny of the hand rest side and remove the two screws of the very in. once you remove the those two screws, insert something flat in behind the pannel to be able to lift it, try to pull out kind of gentle try not to lose the white push pins of the back of the pannel. now you have the view and access to the screws that hold the mirror and don't forget sometimes the new does not include the wheater strip going inside the mirror to prevent the water of going in, Just reuse it and screw it back and just do everything vise-verse. Good luck!!!
