Car hard to start rough slow idke loss of power anf seems to be flooding
I would try cleaning fuel injectors first. If the injectors are dirty, they don't atomize the fuel, the fuel will go in as a liquid causing poor ignition or a symptom similar to floogi
Clean the throttle body also pull the vacuum line from the pressure regulator and see if fuel drips out if so the regulator is bad
Check and clean Idle air control valve. Make sure its responding to signal as well. Also make sure ther are no vacuum hoses disconnected. This may not be a "cure" but it's a good place to start.

Fuel pump might be the problem. But it also might be a weak battery.

change the fuel filter. and clean the mass air flow sensor usein a can of carb cleaner from any parts shop. depending on the miles on your car the timing belt mit have jumped a tooth. have to change it every 120.000 km.
