Question about 2003 Dodge Sprinter
The newer sprinter come with larger tires for better ride and less sway. I read on a blog were someone changed to 16" instead of the 15" tires and it helped on Fuel economy and a better ride on the highway. Do you think this would help? My speedometer is also off by 5 mph (reading 75 when I am actually going 70), The tires are 195/70 15" and I also read that they should be 205/70 15".
I went to a 225/70R15 8 ply tire and it made a big difference in ride and handling. I have been told by my tire guy that there is no 16 wheel avalable to fit a Sprinter and if there were the tire would not clear the wheel wells.

Yes the newer ones come with 225/75R16 for a much better ride; unfortunately for you they learned after our model.
