Did you replace the fuel filter? That is the first place to look when you can't get full power on acceleration.

With out see it running on a scanner. Maybe the IAC or throttle body. Does it have any codes. Did you erase codes after rebuild? Any time I do a rebuild on engines and transmission, the codes have to to erased. Other wise you are trying to run a new part on old PCM codes. Codes have to be erased.

How do I clean throttle body in a 2000 Dodge Caravan?

All your doing is cleaning the air inlet bore you can see

That is not cleaning much, but has helped some vehicles
as far as idle control goes

If you have an Air Idle Control (AIC) Solenoid, then clean or
replace that

Not stalling because the throttle body needs to be cleaned

I would check for codes & look at data & record some PID's
on a road trip

Need to see what your loosing when it stalls, what data do you loose

THrottle position sensor

If you don't have a scanner, you unplug the sensor and use a volt-ohm meter to check resistance. The sensor has low resistance in the closed position, and resistance goes up as you open the throttle.

My dodge neon Idle fluctuates while in park whats the problem?

This is often caused by a dirty throttle valve and Idle speed control motor, please do the following service to cure this issue.

Get a can of Throttle valve cleaner (it is made by CRC) from the local auto parts store, spray it into the air intake of the running engine until you have used about half the can, you will need to hold the idle up while you do this, it will try to stall, after this shut the engine down and disconnect the Negative (-) battery cable for 5 minutes. The intake is now clean, if you continue to have the idle speeds problems you may need to seek the help of a professional.

check all vacuum lines to make sure none of them are off especially the one behind the throttle body and also try some STP gas treatment in the gas tank make sure you have aleast a half a tank of gas when adding it and then finish filling it up

Dodge grand caraven stalls when the ideling while the A/C on.

You need to clean the air bypass valve and the throttle body, they both cause this stalling concern due to sludge buildup, you will need a can of carb spray, remove the air intake hose from the engine, have someone hold the idle up while you spray about half the can into the intake manifold, shut off the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes to clear any codes that have been set, reconnect and drive a day or so, this should cure your issue.
