Try putting your emergency flashers on. it's likely the flasher relay. it is most likely mounted on the fuse panel ... looks like the other relays but larger. if it is not there look for a round can type relay.. looks about the same size as a film cannistor ... can be metal or glass or plastic.

Replace that

Won't start

It ended up being corroded wiring. Apparently the wiring from the steering harness to the fuse box under the hood was corroded & had to be replaced.

When signal light is on, there is no clicking noise.

are the signal lights working if so don`t worry about it as sometimes the manufacture has tried to make the interior so quiet sometimes you don`t hear anything.

Turn signal does not make clicking noise or turn on the blinking arrow light When activated, the turn signal works about 25% of the time. Sometimes it will work then quit suddenly and vice versa.

The turn signal relay is a plugin thermal device if it has a solid 'click' when operating and most often located under the dashboard. Not expensive and easy to replace with one from any chain auto parts store.

2004 wrangler blinker problem

What other problem did you have before the signals quit? Something that stopped all functions from the signals has to be either a feed or ground IF the flasher is good. Signals feed. Hot wire from the flasher 1 and it should blink underload, but not with a test light or DVM. In other words using a test light the flasher wire should be powered steady. All the rest of the switch is switchable. You should also get a hot wire when the brake pedal is pushed. Check for power at the brake switch, key off.
