I have a 1999 Chrysler 300m 3.5 that is leaking oil. There is no obvious source from the engine, though it is possible. The car overheated last year and I had the dealer replace water pump and timing...

CK- Try a set of Valve Cover Gaskets. It cannot leak from the front cover area because it is where the timing belt rides and there is no entrance into the engine EXCEPT the front CAM SEAL... Remove the cover and look toward that seal behind the cam sprocket. If so it is also leaking down into the front cover and beyond. But look at the Valve cover gasket first, since you mention that source.

I have an 1999 chrysler 300m an it has an overheating problem. There is also water all over the driver side floor (front n back) it is soaked. It takes about 25mins b4 it starts smoking. Can som1 plz help...

Typically if your leaking coolant inside the car, it indicates your heater core is split and leaking. Replacing the heater core is quite the job. It requires removal of the dash board and heater box. i replaced one in a 97 Cirrus at work last week and it was a 6 hour job. If your not mechanically inclined i would definitley recomend phoneing around for quotes to local auto repair shops and getting it done profesionally.

The exhaust on my 1999 chrysler 300m is making noise out of a strange looking ''collar''below the engine but before the muffler

Think your talking about the 'flex' pipe. They do go bad and will leak exhaust out, making wierd sounds.

1999 300m chrysler have emission control system leak

That is an evap system leak.

The evap system controls recirculation of fuel vapor in the engine intake manifold .
Check first the fuel cap, ensure that is well closed, then remove and inspect it.

Have a vacuum test done, or test for vacuum leaks using a Vacuum/Fuel Pump Tester Kit
If there is no leak, then the problem can be a storage canister or a defective purge solenoid.

BANK 2 SENSOR 1 WHERE IS IT LOCATED ON 02 CHRYSLER 300 M

That sensor is the one between the exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter (sensor #1). Bank 2 is the side of the engine that cylinder #1 is NOT on. Here is a diagram showing cylinder #1.

FYI, sensor #2 is the one behind (downstream) the catalytic converter.
