98 chevy Blazer Turn Signals quit

My 98 Blazer turn signals quit working. It's not the fuse and not sure what else the problem could be. Any suggestions?

I don't think it's a bulb because they don't work on the dash or any of the outside signals. They all quit at the same time.

it will work a lot of times. the hazard switch is also available seperste. most dealers will say it is not gm had a campaign on these and supplied just the hazard button it is much cheaper than switch.might be worth a try.

My turn signals on my 1995 chevy blazer don't work. Occasionally they come on, but don't work for more than a few seconds.

have you tried replacing the flasher it may have had a trailer wired up for it and didnt have a heavy duty flasher fuse installed and made the original lazy now or even ready to quit all together .

My turn signals and flashers do not work

under the dash near the steering column will be a unit called the electronic flasher module (don't know exact location as it varies, but it will be labeled). It sounds like the unit has gone bad

I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer. My turn signals click

Does it do it on both sides? If it is just on one side,a bulb could be the problem. When it does this, check the bulbs,by turning the signal on,and look at the front ,and the back,to see if one bulb is not burning.Replace it .One other problem ,check to see if the turn signal fuse is not blown, but melted in the fuse block. The battery voltage needs to be checked also.Check the charging system.it should be at about13.58 to 14.25.If the charging system is not at least 13.50 at idle, chatge battery at slow charge at 2 amps for 24 hours. If the voltage does not come up above 13.501 at idle, have the alternator replaced. The flashers, and the turn signals require a lot of amps.

Turning signals not working

The way the system works is:
The fuse supplies 12 volts to the flasher unit then leaves the flasher and goes to the turn-signal switch in the steering column.
When you set the turn-signal switch to turn right or left, the switch sends that 12 volts to the front and rear bulbs. The voltage goes through the bulb, lighting the bulb and goes to ground.
If any of these components are not good than the lights will not work.
Check the fuse and make sure it is good, the fuse will be located under the hood at the fuse center.
Let me know if you have a test light and we can proceed from there.
Regards,

Turn signals won't work in 98 Chevy Silverado

Have you checked to make sure you have a good ground connection from truck to trailer? If you don't it may be using your turn signal circuit for grounding. One way you might be able to check is to hook up trailer with key on and no lights turned on, then try turn signals. If they work this way then turn marker lights on, if they then do not work it is a ground issue. Otherwise it could be the trailer side of connection is not mated up to truck side of connection(left turn to left turn etc.). Hope this is helpful. KS

98 chevy s10 blazer turn signal

Unplug the turn signal relay from the fuse box and start you engine. Does it still make that noise?
If yes... Put the relay back in, that is not the problem.
If No...Then the relay could be bad, replace it!
